The quality philosophy

Quality begins with the raw products. Abraham thus obtains
its supplies exclusively from selected butchery companies
in Germany, Holland, Belgium, Spain and Denmark. All sup-
pliers are subject to strict controls and are audited by staff
from Abraham's Quality Assurance department. Each in-
coming ham is additionally inspected with regard to fresh-
ness, fat content and cut. The chemico-analytical and micro-
biological tests are carried out at in-house laboratories and
three independent external laboratories.
